Entries can be in any medium but must be 2D, mountable and no larger than A1. A select judging panel of local art lovers, experts and artists will then choose the final 12.

Entries should be delivered in person with a completed entry form firmly attached to the back of the piece between 9am and midday Saturday 27 November or between 9am and 5.30pm 29 and 30 November and 1 December to the LR&D offices behind the Melody Press building at L'Islet.

More information
More than 70,000 tourists and islanders will pass through the airport where they will have the opportunity to choose the overall winner by voting for their favourite piece.

The competition, now in its fifth year, will follow the same format as previous years but with a new look thanks to our recent merger.

Last year's winner, embroiderer Sue Hotchkis, won the competition with 'A Beach with a View' a stunning textile depicting Fort Grey.

Robert Shepherd, managing partner Guernsey, said: "The Mourant Ozannes ArtPrize is a wonderful showcase for local artists. We're proud to continue our involvement in a competition that so many islanders support."
