Employment history:

Iain completed his training contract with Norton Rose between 2006 and 2008. As an associate in their corporate finance department he worked on a broad range of matters, including private and public M&A, equity finance, private equity and general corporate work. He is part of the firm's finance and corporate and M&A teams.

Professional Qualifications:

Iain graduated from Exeter University with a History degree in 2003 and then did his GDL and LPC through BPP Law School completing his LPC in July 2006. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 2008 (currently non-practising) and worked for Norton Rose LLP until he joined Mourant Ozannes in May 2011.
