Jacqueline specialises in funds and corporate/commercial work. Jacqueline has worked on many innovative securitisations, asset backed financing and commercial property financing structures. Her investment funds practice focuses on private equity and property funds. She has been a Mourant Ozannes partner since 1990. Jacqueline served as a Jersey Financial Services Commissioner from October 2001 until May 2010.
