Justin specialises in banking, financial services, corporate and trusts litigation. He has particular experience of investment and employee fraud, asset recovery, anti-money laundering legislation, regulatory investigations and trust disputes. Justin spent six years with Simmons & Simmons in London before joining Mourant Ozannes and is also an accredited mediator.

Professional qualifications:

Justin read law at Exeter University and the University of Aix-en-Provence before joining Linklaters in London and qualifying as an English solicitor in 1997 (currently non-practising) and a Jersey Advocate in 2006.
