Morven McMillan heads up Mourant Ozannes' International Trusts & Private Client team in the Cayman Islands. Morven was admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales in 1996 and was first admitted to practice in the Cayman Islands in 2001 when she spent time in both the litigation and the trusts teams of an international law firm. She joined Charles Russell LLP in London in 2006 as an associate and became a partner and Head of the Trusts & Fiduciary Disputes team there. Morven is the Co-editor of and contributor to 'International Trust Disputes', published by Oxford University Press, January 2012.
