Employment history:

Before joining Mourant Ozannes, Richard worked in the corporate team at Covington & Burling and prior to that, in the corporate team at McDermott Will & Emery. Richard has a corporate background having advised on a broad variety of transactions, mostly with an international dimension, including cross-border acquisitions and disposals involving private companies, IPOs and securities offerings on the AIM market of the LSE and other corporate finance matters. Richard holds a LLB Law and French Joint Honours degree.
