In October 2007, Daniel Birtwistle and Stephanie Cope advised Segulah, the Stockholm based private equity firm, on the launch of its fourth fund, Segulah IV L.P. Segulah IV L.P., is a SEK 5 billion private equity fund, which focuses on lower mid- market buyouts in the Nordic region.

Nigel Weston and Stephanie Cope advised in relation to The Grosvenor Residential Unit Trust in November 2007. The fund is structured as a Jersey unit trust authorised for Jersey regulatory purposes as an Expert Fund. Sponsored by Grosvenor Investment Management Limited, the fund invests in The Grosvenor Residential Investment Fund, a UK partnership which invests in quality residential investment properties in clearly researched and defined clusters of cities and towns situated throughout the United Kingdom.
