Having begun his career in Jersey working for two years at another Jersey law firm, Tom moved to Mourant Ozannes' London office in September 2005. Tom advises on a wide range of corporate, structured finance, capital market and investment fund matters and has advised on a large number of both corporate and banking transactions and Jersey property unit trust structures. Tom works on a regular basis with some of the UK's leading banks and property investment companies.
