Mourant Ozannes has acted as Jersey counsel to Mimecast Limited on its successful IPO on NASDAQ. Mimecast Limited, the parent of the Mimecast group, is incorporated in Jersey. The email security group was valued at $540 million based on the IPO price. Mourant Ozannes also advised Mimecast on its pre-IPO group restructuring.

Working alongside King & Wood Mallesons, Ben Robins, Sophie Reguengo and Ross McCall advised AERIUM in relation to the sale of a portfolio of prime commercial real estate properties in Manchester, Bristol and Aberdeen, held by a number of Jersey entities, for approximately £330 million. The portfolio comprised the prestigious One Glass Wharf office building in Bristol; the headquarters of the leading UK law firm Burges Salmon, the iQ Building in Aberdeen and one of the tallest buildings in Manchester.
