Our Financial Services and Regulatory practice draws together our expertise on the conduct of regulated financial services, insurance and banking business in Jersey.
 
We provide highly commercial and focused legal advice in relation to the full range of offshore regulatory issues and problems that arise for financial service providers, regulators and governments.
 
In the offshore arena, Jersey has led the way in regulating its financial services industry. As a firm we have been actively engaged throughout that process, as Jersey has introduced and enhanced its regulatory legislation in shaping the development of the law and working with the regulatory authorities.
 
We believe that this experience equips us to provide unique insights in order to meet our clients' needs. Our clients in this area include banks, investment businesses, trust companies, brokers and insurers.
