Our Employment team provides specialist employment law advice in Jersey. The team of highly experienced lawyers, who are all members of the Employment Lawyers' Association, predominantly advises large and medium sized employers and the offshore operations of many global financial institutions.

We have the largest dedicated employment team in Jersey, recognised and praised by clients as a source of authoritative support and legal advice.

Our services include the full range of contentious and non-contentious matters.

Given the team's background we are also able to offer our clients seamless advice not just on employment law issues, but also on related issues such as data protection, privacy, confidentiality and interception of communications; regulation of undertakings and business set-up in Jersey; visas and work permits; property and J category housing licences; regulatory issues; employment issues arising from M&A transactions; and appointment of directors.

We also provide a wide range of training, from open workshops to update businesses on developments in the law, to working in partnership with clients to develop specific training to managers on issues such as performance management.
